How to prepare for a job interview
For a first interview for a shift supervisor job, research the company and the role, then prepare three short stories from your past: a problem you fixed, a time you worked well with a team, and a mistake you learned from. Practice them out loud, prepare three questions to ask, plan to arrive ten minutes early, and send a short thank-you message the same day.
